For Nicole at Casa Domo in Peru, I developed a chatbot solution to assist her team in scheduling visits to various real estate projects where they offer land for sale. The chatbot was designed to handle inquiries from potential clients acquired through advertising efforts, and the entire solution was built using Manychat and Google Sheets.

The main objective of this project was to create an automated system that could effectively guide users, answer questions, and streamline the process of scheduling visits. I configured the chatbot's flows to respond to different user intents, ensuring that the system could:

  1. Identify any type of message sent by the customer.

  2. Recognize messages where the client wants to know more about a specific project.

The chatbot features include:

  1. Avoiding duplicate greetings or repetitive interactions.

  2. Sending predefined messages tailored for each project, ensuring the information is consistent and accurate.

  3. Providing generic responses that guide users toward a project, with a friendly, human-like tone that answers all customer queries.

  4. Using data stored in a Google Sheet to provide real-time answers to questions based on the information available.

  5. Helping clients schedule a visit to view the land.

  6. Recording both scheduled and unscheduled visits in a Google Sheet, ensuring that all information is properly logged for future follow-ups.

By creating this custom chatbot, I helped Casa Domo automate part of their client interaction process, making it easier to manage leads and improve efficiency. This tool has empowered the team to engage more effectively with potential buyers, all while saving valuable time and resources.
